Asked Ruth for help with some software that I had bought and downloaded online which wasn't working as it should. She used "Quick Assist" to investigate the issue on my computer and she determined that I had been conned by the supplier. So thankful for LCC's professional and helpful response which I couldn't have determined by myself.

Working with LC Computers is like having your own in-house IT team! They are always there by phone or email to help with any issues and always friendly. The services they provide are great quality and good price for the quality. Booked my water damaged laptop in for collection by an engineer, they recovered the hard drive and transferred to a case to run as an external drive. It was available for return within 3 days.
