We’ve known Ruth and her team for a couple of years now and have always found them incredibly reliable, professional, and very approachable. They’re not satisfied until we’re happy, which really shows in the way theywork with you. As a charity, we’re naturally very wary when it comes to IT, particularly around security and systems integration, but we’ve never had any concerns on that front. We carried out a lot of due diligence before signing up with them to make sure they were good value for money, and they certainly haven’t disappointed. Another big plus for us is that they don’t baffle us with science (a very welcome relief!), and they always get the job done within the time scales they’ve given us.
